Please write about an experience you had with workplace incivility at a K-12 school site, either as a target or a witness. Explain how the situation evolved, how you responded to it, how the decision-makers responded to it, and how it was resolved. You may include the affect the situation had on you and the school workplace.

Workplace Incivility is harmful behavior in the workplace in forms such as, but is not liited to gossiping, undermining, sabotaging, demeaning language, and misrepresenting the facts.
