Welcome to Dance Etc.'s very first electronic team questionnaire!

This survey is for all current team members (whether returning to teams next year or not) so we can find out what your plans are for next year. Yes, it's time to think about next year already!

Your answers are sent directly to me, so they are completely confidential. I would appreciate your candid responses. If you're unhappy about something, let me know about it. If you're happy with something, let me know that, too.

The deadline for responding is April 12. After the surveys are received, we will be scheduling auditions. In the recent past, we have skipped this step, but for various reasons we are bringing back the audition process.

Once the auditions are conducted, and the staff has decided who will be on which teams, we can prepare both summer and fall schedules.

Also: If there is someone in your family who would like to join competition teams for the first time, he/she needs to fill out a different questionnaire. Those questionnaires are available on our website at :
