For the Love of Food is in the final planning stages of a food travel tour to the "Culinary Heart of Italy" - Bologna, Verona, and the Emilia-Romagna Region of Northern Italy. In the Fall of 2008, we'll visit artisan parmigiano cheese , proscuitto ham, and balsamic vinegar producers, as well as local wineries, markets, and many other local artisanal food finds. We'll prepare fabulous meals together with food finds from local purveyors; plus several evenings will be spent experiencing local cuisines at the best restaurants. What is your level of interest in discovering the "Real Italy" on such a tour?
