For the Love of Food is developing a series of local, regional and international food related tours called Edible Excursions. These tours are designed to engage the passionate food lover in local and international culinary journeys. What is your interest in food related travel?

For the Love of Food is in the final planning stages of a food travel tour to the "Culinary Heart of Italy" - Bologna, Verona, and the Emilia-Romagna Region of Northern Italy.
In the Fall of 2008, we'll visit artisan parmigiano cheese , proscuitto ham, and balsamic vinegar producers, as well as local wineries, markets, and many other local artisanal food finds.
We'll prepare fabulous meals together with food finds from local purveyors; plus several evenings will be spent experiencing local cuisines at the best restaurants. What is your level of interest in discovering the "Real Italy" on such a tour?

When traveling, what is your preference for lodging?

The price for our two week tour to the Culinary Heart of Italy - will cost around $3600. This price includes lodging, ground transportation, all tour guide fees, tastings, and cooking demonstrations. It does not include airfare. Would you still be interested in the Heart of Italy, insider's culinary tour of Northern Italy at this price?
