A comprehensive wellness program is a long-term investment that will improve the overall medical and financial health of an organization. It is designed to reduce absenteeism, increase worksite productivity and tangibly reduce healthcare costs by introducing a combination of Health Risk Assessments, personal coaching, on-going lifestyle education and financial incentives.
