Filene 30 Under 30- Shared Staffing
Required Required Question(s)
The following is a survey on SHARED STAFFING, a potential service to credit unions. Shared Staffing connects the needs of one credit union with the temporary assistance of a different credit union's employee who has the knowledge needed for a specific project.

Too often smaller credit unions are unable to innovate due to the myriad of tasks and lack of staffing resources. One of the primary reasons credit unions cannot retain top young talent is job fatigue. Shared Staffing enables credit unions to stay competitive in their market while attracting and retaining young talent who desire the status as a consultant in their field and the appeal of national travel.

This survey is part of a study done by Team Danube of the Filene Institute's 30 Under 30 initiative. Team Danube is made up of Avery Cashman, Student Services Coordinator for Service 1st FCU, Danville, Pennsylvania, Brandon Michaels, Vice President-Finance - San Francisco Fire CU, San Francisco, California and Carma Parrish, VP Marketing - Perfect Circle Credit Union, Hagerstown, Indiana

Survey questions or comments may be addressed to Carma Parrish at cparrish@pccu.com (subject line: Shared Staffing Survey).
