OKLAHOMA CZECH FESTIVAL
2008 CHAMBER VENDOR BOOTH APPLICATION

The Oklahoma Czechs, Inc. and the Yukon Chamber of Commerce cordially invite you to participate in our Oklahoma Czech Festival on Saturday October 4, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Chamber Booths are designated for businesses and non-profit organizations. They are not food or arts and craft booths.

If you purchased booth space in 2007 and would like to reserve the same booth space, your completed application must be received by June 30, 2008. After this date, booth spaces will be strictly assigned by when your completed application is received.

All payments must be received by August 31, 2008. Once you have been assigned a booth, you will receive acknowledgement by e-mail.
 
DATE OF FESTIVAL: October 4, 2008

LOCATION: 4th and Main Street - Yukon, Oklahoma

FESTIVAL HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

BOOTH SPACES: Booth spaces are a 10X10 space

BOOTH RENTAL FEES: $ 65.00 Yukon Chamber of Commerce Members and $ 85.00 for non-members

PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, Check, Visa and Master Card.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 31, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

Chamber Members can request to be invoiced for their booth. Non-members must send payment in full with their completed application. All booths must be paid in full by August 31, 2008.

SET-UP: Friday, October 3, 2008 after 5:00 p.m. or
Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 6:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
(Streets are closed at 8:00 a.m.)

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Allowed until August 31, 2008.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: The festival is held "rain or shine," so be prepared. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
 
Spaces are located on each side of the 4th street. You are renting a 10X10 street space. Nothing else is provided. We recommend that you bring a canopy, chairs, tables, display panels, booth diagram, and other associated items you may need to advertise your business. All booths are on concrete, therefore we strongly recommend bringing sandbags, water buckets, concrete blocks, or other appropriate wind-resistant weights for your canopy. After unloading, please move your vehicle to allow someone else to unload close to their assigned booth. Due to traffic congestion, all vendors should have their booths set up by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS NOT PROVIDED.

The Oklahoma Czechs, Inc., the Yukon Chamber of Commerce and the City of Yukon will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by vendor, vendor's guests, invitees, employees, agents or subcontractors. The undersigned vendor agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Oklahoma Czechs, Inc., the Yukon Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Yukon and their members from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, causes of action, suits and expenses, including attorney's fees, court costs and other expenses of litigation of every kind and character, without limit and without regard to the cause or causes thereof or the negligence of any party or parties, arising in connection herewith in favor of vendor, vendors' guests, invitees, employees, agents or subcontractors or their employees, on account of bodily injury, death, or damage to property.
