San Francisco Parks Trust is a non-profit organization that provides support for many community groups and public gardens in San Francisco. We partner with the Department of Public Works to help neighbors beautify the City through the Street Parks program.

You may have seen a sign at your garden, please note the Site ID number on the sign before completing the survey.

We are conducting an environmental assessment of gardens like yours and your answers will help us better understand the impact these gardens make in the local environment and in the community.
