Clipper Teas Limited Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Clipper Teas Ltd and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

1. Closing date for receipt of entries is noon on 30th September 2008
2. Only one entry per household.
3. 'Winners will be selected at random, the draw will take place on the 6th Oct and the winners will be informed soon afterwards. Prizes will be awarded as stated on the website. No cash alternative will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent or greater value.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, damaged, delayed or incorrectly completed entries or for computer hardware, software or network failures of any kind that restrict or delay entry.
5. Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
6. Winners will receive their prize by post or courier within 1 month of the closing date. Clipper Teas Limited will not be held responsible for items damaged in transit.
7. This prize draw can only be entered by completing the competition via this website. No postal entries will be accepted.
8. Winners agree to participate in any publicity arranged by Clipper Teas Limited or by its agencies.
