Are you currently trying for a baby? Clearblue is looking for women who are trying to get pregnant to use its home fertility products. If you're interested in taking part simply complete this questionnaire and you could be selected to use a Clearblue Fertility Monitor or a Clearblue Digital Ovulation Kit for free. The process is simple, we'll send you a sample of the Clearblue product along with a diary to record your experiences - all to be done in the comfort of your own home. To take part simply fill in this survey by the 30th November 2008. If you are selected you must then ensure that you meet the suitability criteria for use of the product as per enclosed leaflet in pack. Please read the product labelling before use. The information that you provide will be used to generate case studies and endorsement for Clearblue and will be used by Fleishman-Hillard for that purpose.
