The Raleigh Baptist Association's mission, vision and core values encourage RBA churches to be on mission by "Linking the Great Commission to Church Mission for Kingdom Growth." Resources are becoming a major issue at all levels of ministry and churches as well as associations have to make tough decisions when allocating financial resources to mission causes.

The Staff Strategy Team would like you to take 5 minutes to give feedback on several important questions. It is our intention to hear from Church leaders as we discern God's direction for the future staff structure of the Raleigh Association.
