Liturgical Ministry (check all that apply):

Note: Training for new Lectors and Eucharistic Ministers will be Sunday, September 7th and Sunday, September 14th. Eucharistic ministers will be trained at 7:30 pm and lectors at 8:15 pm on both Sundays (you only need to attend one Sunday). Additional training sessions may be offered if needed. Training for other ministries is scheduled individually. If you have previously been trained at JCU, you do not have to repeat the training this year.

Commissioning for all new ministers will take place at either the 6:00 pm or the 10:00 pm Mass on Sunday, September 21st.
