Aiimi is conducting some research to further explore the utilization and influence of incentive schemes on business performance and in particular wants to explore the views of executives regarding the appetite for such schemes and how companies plan to deal with longer term strategies, focus on the 'customer experience' and how you avoid mis-selling. We are in unprecedented times: on the brink of a possible worldwide recession.
