ISA relentlessly strives to improve the quality of insurance programs and risk management services available to the organizations we support and would like to take this opportunity to ask you how we've been doing.

ISA has reviewed aspects of our program throughout the past year and has identified sporadic interruptions in service regarding the handling and facilitation of claims. As a result of this review, a claims task force has been implemented. It is our hope to identify cases in which the claims process has fallen below expectations.
