Congregational Transformation, by various names, has been a focus for North American churches since the 1950s. Over more than 50 years various approaches and principles for transformation have been offered by numerous individuals and organizations. Some of these approaches and principles are enduring. Others are not.
During the Fall of 2008 a survey was conducted by Columbia Partnership on the enduring principles of congregational transformation. Now a survey is being conducted to test ideas as to what is and is not congregational transformation.
IMPORTANT>>>>>Please indicate your agreement and disagreement with these ideas on a scale of one to ten with one being total disagreement and ten being total agreement. You may also comment on each idea.
Before we begin, please answer a few demographic questions. All your answers are anonymous. We will not ask for you name. If you would like to communicate with us about the survey, or to be on a list to receive the results, please send a message to client.care@thecolumbiapartnership.org.
