We will be joined by Mike and Marie Smith, owners of Bavaria Mills, and Jennifer Nelson of Wow Baking Company.
Marie Smith was studying to be a Holistic Nutritionist and her husband, Mike, was an Industrial Process Consultant, when they both discovered they had celiac disease. After eight years of perfecting gluten free baking, Marie and Mike opened Bavaria Mills. The bakery distributes gluten free goods in Washington and Oregon, and supplies restaurants with gluten free fare.
WOW BAKING COMPANY, of Kent WA, has re-defined Wheat and Gluten-Free Baked Goods. They make products in small batches with premium all Natural ingredients creating DELICIOUS tasting Fresh baked Cookies and Brownies.
