When the staff gets together at the Jewish Museum of Maryland, we talk about food all the time: sharing culinary experiments, arguing over the best way to make this or that, and owning up to a few food eccentricities (everyone knows Jobi won’t touch mayonnaise, and after that incident with the mouse, well, let’s just say potato chips are off the menu). So we’ve decided to take ourselves seriously and plan an exhibition about food. We want to know—what do you think Jewish food is, anyway?
