In an effort to provide the best customer service to our clients, we have decided to outsource our appraisal department to a vendor management company. A list of our approved appraisers was provided to Equity National on December 7th. We are asking all approved appraisers to apply to do business with Equity National by December 11, 2009. In order to streamline efforts as well as comply with the Appraisal Code of Conduct that went into effect May 1st, Equity National will be looking for our approved appraisers to sign up to do business with them. All appraisal requests will go through Equity National by December 14, 2009.
