Allband Communications Cooperative has brought fiber optic access to many residents in Northeastern Michigan, who enjoy some of the fastest broadband Internet access in the world. All lines are buried underground, in a simple and noninvasive method, to preserve the beauty and serenity of the land we work in, and prevent the service interruption that so often plagues wireless or satellite customers.

Allband is aggressively designing a broadband build-out project and hopes to obtain grant money from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.  If Allband is able to acquire grant money from the government, we intend to use the funds (your tax money) to build high-speed fiber optic infrastructure right to your door!  This grant money will provide the subsidies needed to provide the lines and equipment you will need to obtain high-speed Internet and other advanced telecommunication services.

Our survey will take less than five minutes of your time, but may prove to be infinitely more valuable to you in the future.
