  All youths under the age of majority must have consent by delivering upon parent or guardian email (address)   Aspiring Artists Youth - Film, Culture, Music, Dance Arts  1, Music, acting, dance groups or other arts, please be advised that all networking youth as stated above may only join as members under parent/guardian/other consent.

  E.R.N.C. supports education in the field as well as only accepts young adults of high school age that are attending school whether it be part time or full time.  Please state you grade level and institution  Our networking group works together in your community to support causes to better our generation ahead.  If any of your arts could express a public benefit, what expression of song or other would you volunteer for exposure as well as aiding our future generation.

All students must have an average of 70% to participate in each course.  No youth under E.R.N.C. can participate as a member if involved in any proven criminal activity,  Clearance or probation accepted.

We encourage all youth not to engage in agreements that take percentages from contracts that are supplied, we are not an agency, we are a networking group that teaches you and your parents to manage yourselves in marketing promotion as well as networking with your desired art.
