PATCO is considering reopening the Franklin Square Station located immediately below Franklin Square Park at Race Street between 6th and 7th Streets in Center City Philadelphia.  The station is in close proximity to the recently opened National Constitution Center, the US Mint, and other destinations close to Franklin Square.   The station has been closed for many years and trains currently pass through it at reduced speed without stopping as they descend from the Ben Franklin Bridge on their way to 8th/Market Street, currently the first station in Center City. PATCO is interested in your opinion regarding the reopening of this station.
