with their teams to make them more successful?

We will then share these results with participants and the business community so sales leaders can adopt best practices for leading their respective organizations.
You will be asked to provide your email address upon your completion of the survey ONLY if you would like access to a summary report of our findings.
We are asking sales leaders from all types of sales organizations to participate in this survey so we can also determine how sales management practices vary by organization size and type of sales.
Following is a series of questions that explore how different sales organizations are managed, the backgrounds of sales managers and how they manage their teams. These questions are meant to be completed only by individuals that manage sales people or a sales team regardless of their title. Many times the person taking this survey can be a sales manager, Director or Vice President of Sales or even the CEO or Owner of the company if they are person responsible for directing sales people. This survey is not for sales reps themselves.
The survey will take about 15 minutes for you to complete.
Please answer as honestly as you can - individual results will not be shared.
