Voting will closed on 08/31/2009 at 12:00 p.m.
Results will be posted on the NHSQA Website on 09/5/2009 by 12:00 noon (mailed votes must be post marked by 8/31/09)

Each ballot has the candidate's name, the option of *abstention, or the opportunity to enter a write in vote.


*Abstention is a term in election procedure for when a participant in a vote does not choose to cast their vote.Abstentions do not count in tallying the vote negatively or positively.

When members abstain, they are in effect only attending the vote to aid in constituting a quorum, which in turn means that those who abstain still effect the general number of people in quorum.

1Required Interim Vice PresidentTerm: This election is to fill the recently vacated Vice President's position for the remainder of the term from 09' to 10'.  The Vice President shall: Assist the President and exercise all functions of the President in their absence. Be responsible for chairing a nominating committee, which shall choose a slate of officers for the upcoming year. Perform all other incidental duties of the office as required.

Term: 2009 - 2011The Treasurer shall: Have charge of all funds, receive dues, and disburse monies upon authorization of the executive committee and shall keep a record of transactions. Make reports at the general meetings as to the status of the treasury and submit it to the Newsletter editor. Perform all other incidental duties of the office as required

You can sign up for "on call" so that if you are not able to make a meeting, another volunteer can fill the position. Please consider lending a hand as this organization needs your help.
