Do you currently have a policy for paid sick days in place in your company?

If so, what is the policy for full time employees?

Do you agree with the NYC Council's proposal to mandate employers giving workers at businesses with 10 employees or more nine paid sick days per year, while those at smaller companies would get five days. Businesses would be fined $1,000 per violation.
