Tom Coleman has worked as a professional microfinance consultant with many microfinance organizations over the past 14 years and has a number of ideas on how people of faith can partner with microfinance to help more of "the least of these" to leave extreme poverty.  Kaanaeli Makundi is a Tanzanian who has worked with microfinance on the ground and "witnessed first hand the dramatic changes and achievements in communities and individuals in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Swaziland and El Salvador.
