Purpose of Survey

While there are many areas that we need to address to improve the school, I think there is a feeling that we need to 'fix' everything immediately.  I look at this as a process and one that can be a positive journey where we work together and prioritize our efforts, etc.  I look forward to your input to help align our plan.

Group Collaboration

While I think we all agree upon the importance of collaboration, do you feel that we need to review our Wednesday collaborative meeting structure and move towards committees to have more focus?  Please note that this does not replace our shared leadership model and the roles of our coordinators.
