Artascope Studios will be in charge of merchandising the Holiday Show & Sale. 

The Show will be open for Sale Thursday December 10th and run through December 30th with daily (9am to 7pm) Studio hours.

All items wished to be for sale starting December 10th must be at Artascope by 7pm Monday December 7th. 


The Studios will host an Opening on Sunday December 13th from 3 to 7pm. 


All items wished to be at the opening must be at the Studios no later than 7pm on Saturday the 12th. 

Vendors may bring additional items throughout the show and leave for the Show & Sale team to merchandise as need.

All vendors must have an approved ID and price on each and every item.  There is NO exception!  Items that are not marked, will not be sold.  Items that are marked incorrectly may attribute the sale to another vendor.

Artascope's Holiday Show & Sale 2009 will be taken down between December 31st and January 2.  Please make arrangements to pick up you items no later than January 6th.

Vendors will not be responsible for covering any hours of the event.  Cash, check, MasterCard and Visa will be accepted.  The Studio will collect and submit sales tax to the State of Maine, but all vendors are responsible for claiming their income made from the show.  Vendors will be asked to complete a W-9 tax form if they have not previously filled one out for 2009.  Should your annual earnings from Artascope Studios exceed $600 in 2009, you will be issues a 1099-MISC to file with your taxes.
