The City of Visalia is preparing a new Consolidated Plan for future use of federal funds from the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds include Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME). An important part of this plan is to obtain information from agencies and community residents to determine the needs and assets of the community. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey to help the City prioritize use of future CDBG and HOME funding.
