Please confirm that you accept responsibility to package the laptop securely and fit for transit (terms available on request). You must use a box and fill the void around the box with bubblewrap or similar. Failure to do so may result in a 'refused claim' in the unlikely event of damage in transit?

Note: An option is for PC Doctor Ltd to send you a purpose made laptop box which must be received by you and your laptop added whilst in the presence of the driver. This is an additional £10.00 plus vat, note that if you are NOT in, this charge will be lost and attempted only again once the £10 plus vat premium has been agreed.

2) The AC Power cable

3) Recovery CD's/DVD's and the software that was supplied with the Laptop.
