Memo to FSAE Executive Members

Your information combined with that of other association executives is what gives value to the results. None of your specific information will be attributed to you or your organization; we will hold that in strict confidence. The results will be aggregated with other responders' information and electronically tabulated. We need a critical mass of responses for the data to be statistically valid so please help us. Although the findings will be available for sale to benefit the Foundation, we will provide a free electronic copy to the person in each organization that completes and submits the survey.

Here's some information that's good to know:
1. This will take about 30 - 40 minutes to complete. We realize that's a lot to ask. The data is comprehensive and detailed so it can truly be used as a benchmarking tool. The results will be of tremendous value.
2. Choose one person on your staff to complete and submit the survey for your organization. We found that we knew a lot of the answers but needed to consult our CFOs to get some specific information.
3. If you represent several associations or not for profits because you are an Association Management Company, please complete a separate survey for each one that you want to have included.
4. One very important thing to remember throughout the survey is that YOU CANNOT USE THE BACK BUTTON TO GO BACKWARDS ON THE SURVEY. We are using Constant Contact as a survey tool and it will not allow you to page backward. Complete each page before you go forward to the next page please.

Data collection will close on the new extended Deadline of Friday, April 23rd, so please coordinate with those who will be completing the survey and ask them soon to set aside some time to participate.
