Law & Medicine is performing a research study designed to evaluate the degree to which misunderstandings about fundamental medical-legal concepts contribute to the medical malpractice problem. This part of the study is a series of five true-false questions pertaining to the "standard of care," and will take 3-5 minutes for you to complete.
