The following 20 questions were created by Mid Coast Hospital's CASA (Communities Against Substance Abuse) project, a group of local community members working to prevent substance abuse in our area. The goal of this survey is to find out what parents think about teenage substance use. We refer to teens throughout this survey but we realize that some students in middle/junior high school are not yet teenagers.
