The City of Somersworth is currently engaged in discussions with Comcast in the re-negotiation of its Cable contract. Right now, the City has only one local access channel that is designated as a government access channel. Usage is restricted to City Council and School Board Meetings and other city government related activities.

The Chamber is interested in encouraging the City to expand public access channels to include businesses and the general public.
