The Innovations Project for children and families is a mechanism for local agencies to work cooperatively with state government to improve the delivery of services to children and families. This initiative enlists the expertise and creativity of those most affected by the problems of the current system - those who are also likely to have the best insight on resourceful and practical solutions to bring about needed change.
Please use this form to submit your Innovations Proposal, concisely conveying the issue, barrier, and solution. Please do no include extraneous information such as letters of support or detailed work plans.
Proposals should not request new funding - this is a technical assistance request to facilitate the use of existing resources.
