As we begin the research phase of the Maryland Horse Council Save The Horse Farms Campaign, we need to hear from you about issues that have arisen in your county. We understand that many farms are either out of compliance or are seeking exceptions to zoning laws and do not want to bring attention to themselves. MHC will not publicize any specific cases without consent of the affected parties.
