Team Leaders serve as captains of various groups of volunteers within each job description. They work in direct contact with the Volunteer Coordinator and receive extra training prior to Pops by the Sea.

To qualify as a Team Leader you must interview with the Volunteer Coordinator and attend an extra Team Leader Training Session.

Volunteering at the TD Bank Pops by the Sea requires hard work and a sense of humor. Some jobs require more physical stamina than others. Please help us match you with an appropriate job assignment by telling us more about yourself and your abilities.
