The City of Maricopa is underserved in the amount and variety of commercial space available for prospective or existing businesses. Justifying the need for new space is difficult with an overbuilt retail, office and industrial market in the Phoenix Metro area. This survey is designed to assist Maricopa in encouraging new space development in the community by identifying overall space needs, as well as specific business owners that may be interested in occupying future commercial space.
