We are getting really excited for another fun-filled summer of camps and workshops! Please make sure you complete the following Emergency Release Form today in order for your child to still be eligible to attend camp. You MUST fill this out at least 2 weeks prior to your child attending camp.
If you have more than 1 child attending, you will need to fill out multiple forms.
