Board meetings are held at the Stratford Inn every 2nd Monday of the month. The meetings start at 7pm but we are at the mercy of the Stratford as to where they are held. You may inquire at the front desk for the meetings location. Adding agenda items is the President's discretion. Only serious request will be considered and it is suggested that the proposals are made two weeks ahead of the meeting to be considered.
All club members are welcome to attend any meeting portion that is not a closed session. You may attend any meeting and offer your proposals, as a non agenda item, at the end of the meeting. Only board members are allowed to debate the issue after it is proposed. The board may ask additional questions of the proposer during the debate.
You are not required to present your proposal in person.
