Farmers Market Survey - Tell Us What You Think
Required Required Question(s)

A number of residents have expressed interest in starting a local Farmers' Market in Collegeville, which would be open once a week in the summer of 2011.  To gauge your interest in having a Market on Collegeville's Main Street, and to gather information on the most convenient time and day and what products you might like to purchase, volunteers of the Collegeville Main Street Program (CMSP) are conducting the following survey.

This survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete; simply mark your choices and enter any comments.  All survey results will be kept confidential.

And of course, we always need volunteers!  If you are interested in our Farmers' Market Committee or helping us with other projects to re-invigorate our business and shopping areas, contact Cathy Kernen, head of the Farmers' Market Committee, or Linda Flederbach, our Main Street Manager, at 610-454-1050 or email manager@collegevilledevelopment.org
