Association of Divorce Financial Planners Survey

Dear fellow Divorce Practitioners,

I am seeking your input for a project I am currently working on as part of a Master's degree in Taxation (MST) from the University of New Haven. I am required to write a research paper on a tax policy issue, new tax laws, or any topic that would inspire a provoking discussion acceptable to the school.

I am interested in the opinions of fellow divorce practitioners to determine if there are any common divorce-related tax issues that would lend to this project and ultimately benefit our practices.

If you could please take a few minutes to complete this survey, I would truly appreciate it. The final article will be made available to all ADFP members and everyone participating in this survey.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Best regards,

Bill Donaldson, CFP®, EA, CDFATM
