A ToP™ global dialogue group met in Bangkok, July 3-5, 2010. The group, from nine nations, are making a recommendation to the ICA General Assembly in October 2010.  This survey is a way for you to register your ideas about the recommentations. Recommendation to the ICA General Assembly

" The ICA global network is the global custodian/owner of ToP intellectual property. The global ToP dialogue in Bangkok recommends that the ICA global network allow non-exclusive operation of ToP training by a global-regional-local network of ToP trainers. ICA remains the legal owner of ToP intellectual property, ToP methods, the ToP trademark, etc. and is the custodian of the history, spirit, and depth of ToP. " - Bangkok global ToP  dialogue.

2To support this the global ToP dialogue in Bangkok proposes the establishment of

 A.    "ToP Global" which is comprised of ICA and ToP Trainers from each region, moving toward a legally constituted global entity (when needed).

D. ToP Global would have three regions. People in a region will be invited to develop program together. This will speed up the development of program. Exampes of development include:

6Considerations:

The global dialogue group considered the structure of ToP Global. The intention of the structure is not to limit involvement, but to move toward inclusive connections within a beckoning environment.
There are three primary considerations (1-3) in determining a structure for ToP Global, and four recommended elements (a-d) of the structure:

7ToP will continue. Without conscious, coordinated, global effort it will remain small collections of nationally-oriented tools and methods with few, if any, cohesive values and principles.
