Thank you for your interest in attending Chef Chuck Nelson's September 2010 cooking classes! The class schedule is as follows:

*September 12 - Handmade Pasta and Sauces
*September 19 - Herbs and Root Vegetables
*September 26 - Onions

Recipes and food will be provided. You may bring your own knives.

Classes will meet in the kitchen from 1pm to 3pm.

The cost is $75 per class or $200 for all three. Payment will be due at your first class. Enrollment is limited, so make your reservation today!

*A minimum of 2 classes must be taken.
