Welcome to the 2010 Family Favorite Awards presented by What's Up For Kids.

There are approximately 30 questions for you to answer and it will only take a few minutes. You don't need to answer all of them - just the questions where you have a favorite!

The final question asks for your name, email address, and city. This is for our internal purposes only! You will need to include this information for your vote to count, but please be assured we will not add you to any mailing list or sell, rent or share your email address.
PLUS, by completing the favorites survey, you are automatically entered into a fun gift basket giveaway ($100 value).

All entries must be complete by September 31, 2010.

Companies, services or persons will only win in one category.

Winners will be notified in October and announced in November.
