SAMPLE User Social Media Survey

This survey is for your organization to measure the level of social media use by your members.

You have the opportunity to include up to three (3) customized questions specific for your organization (optional).

At no time is individual identifying information collected from your members.

You will receive, free of charge, the complete set of data collected from your members in the form of an Excel table.

You will also receive periodic reports that use the aggregated data collected for benchmarking purposes.

By agreeing to use this free survey tool and service, you also agree that we may use the aggregated data to create reports and presentations.

At no time will the name of participating organizations be used without prior written permission.

Please use the 3 optional custom questions to include items that are very specific to your association and we will include these in the version for your association.
