As part of our ongoing commitment to care we ask that customers register their VES Care Warranty for VES purchased products. This includes standard 1 Year Warranties and Extended Warranties. You can also register your FREE BlueSense 3 and 5 Year Warranties. These are only available for VES ventilation and air handling products which form part of a BlueSense intelligent control package.

Registering your Warranty enables us to provide the best possible service in the unlikely event that you encounter any problems. We also ask for feedback in order for us to continually improve our products, service and delivery. The registration process takes just a few minutes and all information provided is for internal use only.

In addition to your Warranties, VES Care also covers a range of additional services, from extended warranties to spares reminders and maintenance contracts. You can learn more about these at the end of your initial registration.
