Make certain you provide your contact information in Question#1 in order to be entered into our contest to win an overnight stay at the St. Charles hotel of your choice. One winner per month, provided surveys from 250 individual addresses have been received. Hotel stay is room and tax only and some blackout dates may apply.
PRIZE
The prize consists of an (one night) overnight stay at the St. Charles, IL hotel of your choice. Some blackout dates may apply for reservations and overnight must be used within 12 months of issue. Room and tax only will be provided. Incidentals are the responsibility of the winner, who must be 21 years of age or older. Overnight stay must be used within 12 months of award.
HOW TO ENTER
Entries must be submitted directly through the Greater St. Charles Convention & Visitors Bureau website (www.visitsthcharles.com). Entry into the contest is free. Only one entry per person/email address will be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be residents of the United States and 21 years of age or older to be eligible. Employees of the Greater St. Charles Convention & Visitors Bureau, hotels and venues promoted by the SCCVB, and their families do not qualify.
WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected each month at random from all entries received before Midnight CST on the last day of each month, through the Greater St. Charles Convention & Visitors Bureau website. The winner will be notified by email. The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. The SCCVB reserves the right not to make an award each month, if contest entries for that month do not exceed thirty (30) entries. No winner may be awarded an overnight stay more than one time in a 12 month period.
OTHER CONDITIONS
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Greater St. Charles Convention & Visitors Bureau, its directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for and shall be held harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this giveaway. Entry to the contest constitutes permission to post the winner's name and hometown address for purposes of advertising without further compensation by the Greater St. Charles Convention & Visitors Bureau. The SCCVB reserves the right to suspend or cancel the giveaway without notice to contest entrants.
