Dear Assessment Participant,
Thank you for your willingness to complete this spiritual assessment that will assist in the Discipleship Pathway. Being a disciple of Jesus is a process and we hope that it will serve as a useful reflection tool in your spiritual growth. This assessment will also assist us a church as we strive ahead together in our purpose to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ, transformed and empowered by His Spirit, who live to transform their world.
Upon completion, we recommend discussing your responses with your spouse, close friends, your community group, or one of the pastors who can help you better understand how you can move forward. While personalized results will not be provided, you will be directed to a reflection sheet at the end of the assessment to help guide you. Please take a moment to pray before you begin the assessment. Assessment responses are anonymous unless you would like to provide us with your information at the end. The time you should allot for thoughtful answers is 20-30 minutes. Please ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in this and give yourself ample time to give thoughtful answers to the assessment.
