Thank you for your interest in the Trinona "Triathlon 101" Beginner Clinic taking place at Merchants Bank locations in Winona, Rochester and Lakeville. We hope to make those that are new to the sport a little more confident, knowledgeable and maybe, just maybe, a little bit faster come race day. We look forward to seeing you!

Presentations will last approx. 90 minutes and cover general triathlon topics, as well as specifics about race weekend at Trinona 2011.
