The water is coming!
The beach will be disappearing. We all know it will reappear with the next drought cycle. (We just don't know when.) The same goes for the issues of managing the exposed lake bed. This is no time to ignore them, quite the contrary, this scenario provides a great perspective of the varied conditions that can exist at Bear Lake. It is time to resolve the confusion and minimize the conflicts that have existed for many years.
The Shoreline Conference will help us do just that, but there are 3 things you need to do before the conference.
